Basic 6 Hour Party Rental:

Our hall rental includes tables, basic white chairs, uplights, and full hall draping. We can seat up to 150 guests.

Our MOST POPULAR EVENT TIME IS SATURDAYS 5-11PM, VENUE RENTAL COST $2,900

AM Event- 9am-3pm
PM Event- 5pm-11pm

Monday - Thursday (anytime) $2,100
Friday Saturday and; Sunday AM $2,300 (Daytime)
Friday and; Sunday PM $2,300 (Evening)
Saturday PM $2,900 (Evening)

Other Details: 

• Additional Rental Hour- $250 (beyond 11pm) - Our hall can stay open until 2am.
  
  
• Floor Staff & Security Guard included in the base price
  
  
• You are allowed to bring in your own catering at no charge if you choose to not use our catering services
  
  
• Public parking is available and free after 6 pm. Before 6 pm, your guests will have to pay for metered or public lots
